I think Peter being in real estate and I am assuming you have been for some time. You should have more faith in people re reserve price. I had had done some research that myself and I new it would Sell more than what you said. I am thankful there were two bidders there that wanted it if there was not we would have been $70,000.00 short and that is a lot of money. So if I can do my research in selling and how much you should have done yours.

Peter made the process simple. He took us through each step of the marketing campaign, gave us honest feedback on all the Open For Inspections and always made himself available to us. Our house was auctioned and he stepped us through what would happen during the auction so we felt comfortable on the day.
