I highly recommend Dean if you are selling your property. He spent a lot of time discussing the market and options of how to go about selling my property. He also gave great feedback on what to do to prepare the home for sale. Dean was very helpful also in preparing my home for open days when I was not home to do so myself. He would arrive early and turn on lights, heater, put up outdoor umbrella's etc and then lock everything up at the end of the open times. Dean is very easy to relate to and helped make the selling process less stressful.
