Richard spent a lot of time with us early on to ensure he was clear on our expectations for the sale. Once we had agreed a strategy he worked hard to get as many buyers as possible through the property and kept us informed all the way. The final result was we achieved a great price for the sale and were very happy with the whole process. We agreed on a selling price that the property was then advertised at.. there was no advertising with "offers over" or the price "plus". The purchasers were equally told that the advertised price would secure them the property, all very up front. We sold at the asking price within a couple of weeks. We were extremely happy with the whole process. Richard was very professional and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him.

We would reccomend Richard definatly as your real estate agent.We had met him in person on a visit back, but the sale was conducted with us overseas. Our property sale went extremly smoothly with the help and guidance from Richard Stephney. Richard kept us informed every step of the way, with updates and advised and helped us as we came up against hurdles with the previous rental. Communication was promt and efficient. Richard supported us in ensuring the best deal both in both working with the problems from the previous rental and then negotiating to get us a quick sale and for a price that truly met our expectations.
