Tony was thorough in his advice to us as well as being professional, hardworking and friendly.
We had an initial discussion with Tony about our expectations and he explained thoroughly the whole process and what we could hope to achieve. We were able to leave all the arrangements for the sale to Tony and he kept us informed of the progress heading to sale. He liaised with us and our tenant in a very professional manner. It was obvious that Tony knew the market very well and worked hard on our behalf to achieve a sale price that was well above our expectations. We felt that we were in very capable hands in undertaking such a major financial move as selling our property.

Could Not Be Happier
We could not be happier with the outcome of the sale to our Templestowe residence. It was a slightly difficult situation due to my aging father. Richard was so knowledgeable and had great respect for our needs. His advice and guidance was impeccable as we weren’t sure how to get the best outcome. We would recommend Richard above and beyond, very professional, dedicated and genuinely a nice person.

Tony was great he assisted my brother who has had a stroke to sell his property.
I cannot thank Tony enough for his professionalism and sensitivity with regards to selling my brother's house in Hurstbridge. My brother had a stroke 9 years ago and the time had come for him to move closer to me. Tony understood the unusual circumstances, supported myself (as carer) through the process and got the best deal possible. He communicated with me regularly and made the whole experience seamless. Couldn’t be happier
Tony’s has a high level of enthusiasm and wealth of local knowledge. His ample communication with us throughout the sale of our house was great. Tony went above and beyond during our campaign, having multiple private inspections before our first official open house and delivered us several offers at the high end within a week. This is wasn’t our first time dealing with Tony and won’t be our last.
