Words fall short of expressing how wonderful my experience with Richard has been. I reached out to Richard during a time when the Melbourne market wasn't doing well at all. Most of the other agents I'd spoken to were giving me a ridiculously low estimates for my property which meant selling it at a loss. A few of them were simply disinterested in selling it and it felt like a pain just talking to them. Some of them quoted very high commission fees. I'd almost given up puting it in the market when I thought of making one last call. And that was to MasonwhiteMcdougall where I was put through to Richard. He instantly came across as an extremely sincere person who genuinely believed my property would fetch a good price. His commission fees were also very competitive and he had good knowledge of the Diamond Creek area. More than anything else, this was a person I felt I could trust without a second thought. True to what Richard had predicted, the property eventually sold in the ballpark of the price range we'd decided when we first spoke. And this was a good amount above what most other agents had quoted. For me, speaks volumes about his experience of the area and the real estate industry. Where else do you find an agent that fetches you a great price when the market is going south? Throughout the time the property was on the market, Richard was excellent to deal with and kept me updated at regular intervals. He is simply a really great person and a great estate agent. You can't go wrong with him and I wish most other estage agents were like him!

We found that Richard was totally professional at all times. He was positive, easy going, calm, good sense of humour and always available for communication whenever we found the need to contact him. He always made us feel comfortable with our decisions, and had only good advice. Richard was especially patient as our house took some time to sell, being a rural property.
