Timely and Efficient Communicator with Sales Results!

Lauren was fabulous with communicating with us weekly within the hour after our inspections to update us on potential buyers and keep us in the loop. We usually spoke a few days later following calls out to potential buyers, as she updated the portal immediately so we knew who was a "maybe" and who was "out". She tirelessly, communicated in-between auctions and other showings to ensure we knew what was going on with the sale and our property. Our property didn't sell at auction, and Lauren continued to market it onwards with gusto through to a private-sale. We were impressed with her showing up for inspections for the 2-months and not passing it off to a junior agent for showings. If you use Lauren, as your agent, she will be the one there!
