Friendly, Professional, and Results Driven

Whilst performing proper due diligence and engaging with multiple agencies sell our Newport Townhouse, our initial meeting with Lauren made us very comfortable and we instantly knew she was the right agent to sell out property. Anthony avoided the usual sales pitch tone by focusing on building commonality in our goals and ways of thinking - he came off as authentic and transparent. The engagement was straight forward, and focused on making our lives easier due to various logistical challenges. Anthony had a good set of contacts to assist staging, cleaning, and odd-jobs to fix minor items we did not want to organize ourselves. Timely and Efficient Communicator with Sales Results!

Lauren was fabulous with communicating with us weekly within the hour after our inspections to update us on potential buyers and keep us in the loop. We usually spoke a few days later following calls out to potential buyers, as she updated the portal immediately so we knew who was a "maybe" and who was "out". She tirelessly, communicated in-between auctions and other showings to ensure we knew what was going on with the sale and our property. Our property didn't sell at auction, and Lauren continued to market it onwards with gusto through to a private-sale. We were impressed with her showing up for inspections for the 2-months and not passing it off to a junior agent for showings. If you use Lauren, as your agent, she will be the one there! Her assistant, Jade, is also fabulous with Monday updates for next inspection showings and times. They work together very well as a team. Lauren is knowledgeable about Newport and surrounds, and juggles multiple clients and buyers to help you sell your home. I really appreciate that she doesn't push the seller down a rabbit hole of ideas or pricing they don't feel comfortable with; she gives you her feedback, but lets you make the ultimate decision. Lauren is a top-notch agent!
