What an amazing sale!

Following my brothers success with Gunn earlier this year I took his recommendation and utilised them also. There assessments were realistic and supported by transcripts of recent sales in the immediate area and suburb. It put me in the picture of what I could expect. Weekly open days were well supported as well as further inspections outside of these times. I felt my property was given every chance of a good result , Gunns involvement was constant and did not stop at the point of agreeing to utilise the agency. The auction was a big success with property going for 100K over reserve. Numerous bidders on the day made it a spirited auction . Big thanks to Ricky, Anthony and staff at Gunns for there support. Was just blown away with the result, I feel they understood the buyers and their needs and it was the ability to communicate the benefits of my property which was the biggest factor in achieving the above expectation result. Great work and would definitely return to do further buisness.
