Professional, Prompt, Pro-active

We engaged Lauren to sell an investment property in Altona. Lauren suggested a few minor renovations to enhance the property, and had a list of tradespeople to contact at short notice. We received constant updates as to attendances at open house events, and details of those attendees who expressed interest in the property. Unfortunately, auction day was wet and uninviting and no bids were forthcoming. Undeterred, Lauren swung into gear and within days we were receiving genuine offers from interested parties. Lauren not only sealed the deal, but negotiated a 30 day settlement date one week before Christmas. We were elated as we had expected the transaction would carry into the New Year. We couldn’t fault the effort Lauren put into the campaign from start to finish. Her drive, market knowledge, communication, advice and professionalism was exceptional. Despite juggling a number of other campaigns at the same time as ours, we received gold standard treatment from Lauren. We would highly recommend Lauren to anyone considering selling a property. Amazing supper friendly

Jade was so commentating. Had amazing interaction with ourselves and the kids made supper easy to deal with any queries why very punctual in her response, would highly recommend using jade if your consider buy are sell your property
