My experience with selling with Jacob Davis

I found Jacob to be very realistic with what price was achievable when compared to other properties in the area. Jacob was very easy to deal with and at no time did I feel pressured into any decision's during the sale of the property. Jacob has a good network of "fixers" to undertake all sorts of tasks to the property to make it ready to sell. I also like that Jacob is not too slick and he comes across as a normal person who is easy to communicate with. So far my wife has purchased a property with Jacob and I have sold a property with Jacob and we are both satisfied with the service provided by Jacob and the Williamstown Office of Jellis Craig. And would not hesitate to use Jacob again in the future hopefully not too soon as i'm sick of moving house!
