Efficient, professional and exceeded my price expectations
Adam has been my parents' realtor for many years and had originally helped me in renting out my investment property. They have always spoken very highly of him, and now I can see why. When I made the decision to sell my investment property, choosing Adam was a no-brainer. He was fantastic throughout the process. He provided a realistic valuation, presented a clear proposal along with his sale recommendations, and offered guidance on how to prepare my property for sale. The sale happened remarkably quickly. From the time the photos were taken to the signing of the contract, it took approximately 2 weeks. During the first open house, over 40 groups visited the property, and within a few days, I received multiple offers.
