We called upon Adam, our rental agent for several years, when we decided to sell our unit. He effectively explained the whole process in layman’s terms, answering all our questions in an easy-to-understand manner. At no time, did we feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. Adam negotiated the sale during periods of great uncertainty when Melbourne went in and out of lockdown and we were delighted with the offer Adam negotiated with the buyer. Everything was professionally managed
It was a pleasure working with Adam on the sale of my apartment. Nothing seemed to be too hard or unreasonable. If it was something he couldn’t help with he advised so. He kept me in the loop on progress, helped my troubleshoot issues. Answered my very detailed and probably at times annoying questions however he never made me feel like they were annoying. Everything was professionally managed and never was worried that I wasn’t in capable hands. I would recommend highly working with Adam
