Upon inspection of the new property and regarding the process of obtaining the rental, Danielle was very patient and kind and lovely to speak with. She covered all bases and made the process run smoothly. When moving into my new rental, upon arrival there were some maintenance concerns that needed addressing. Madeleine was very understanding and even came out to the property to hear out my concerns. She has been following things up and I feel heard and understood. She is very thorough and thoughtful. She makes sure I know what is happening and communication is excellent. So far I’ve loved my experience and my hat goes off to their patience, kindness and professionalism.
