Can't praise Amanda Browne enough. From the moment we received her warm and enthusiastic introductory message, we have had nothing but positive energy from her with all our interactions. When you are packing up your home of 15 years to become a landlord plus a tenant in the same hit, you need someone with this proactive, intelligent and compassionate approach to take you through the experience. I am not sure we would have made it to the other side without Amanda. As renters ourselves now, I can testify to the committed, reliable and respectful treatment of us as landlords, and, equally importantly of our tenants. All agencies and agents are NOT equal - Amanda and her team are exceptional. Our only complaint is that our own rental does not fall under the catchment of Methven Lilydale.
