My first time being on the flipside as a Landlord and also coinciding with the new legislation which falls in favour of the tenant. Georgia Hester has been the main contact throughout. She has been quick to respond to my many questions and always remained professional. It is also clear from her years of experience she is incredibly knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I have already had a mix of tenants and experiences, including one who was troublesome and always late to pay rent probably making my rental and I a very high touch client. Georgia and her team have always kept me in the loop and responded to my queries, at all hours of the day to keep me informed. They have recently found me a new tenant, very quickly and efficiently at what i thought was a poor time to be trying to let a property. I find Georgia and her team all friendly and approachable and would recommend them if you are looking for an agent to manage your property.

Very thoughtful and thorough

Upon inspection of the new property and regarding the process of obtaining the rental, Danielle was very patient and kind and lovely to speak with. She covered all bases and made the process run smoothly. When moving into my new rental, upon arrival there were some maintenance concerns that needed addressing. Madeleine was very understanding and even came out to the property to hear out my concerns. She has been following things up and I feel heard and understood. She is very thorough and thoughtful. She makes sure I know what is happening and communication is excellent. So far I’ve loved my experience and my hat goes off to their patience, kindness and professionalism.
