Perfect Guy for selling my Home

Sam has looked after sale of my property and I can't thank him enough on how much care he took towards this from the beginning to the end. With no selling experience from my side, He has been thorough, detailed and very patient with me. He has explained every step and next items that I got to be prepared for. He has done his best in presenting the property during inspections especially when I had tenants, he didn't mind rolling his sleeves and getting his hands dirty as well. My friends who visited during inspections has praised on how engaging he was in conversations and providing info to their needs. I have been kept informed of how many inspected and likely interested parties and the conversations he had with them making me understand purchasers position.
