Hands down, it was wonderful to work with Calvin. On any given day, he's the kind of person you would want on your team; honest and practical all the way beginning with the valuations through to the copywriting process, reliable, hardworking and with a wonderful sense of humour. You can always count on Calvin to be at the other end of the phone call or he would make the time to meet with us to answer our why's and how's and can you please explain that to us one more time. For my elderly parents and myself, we felt reassured with Calvin's advice. So, when the rhythm of the auction campaign was punctuated with these lockdowns, we were grateful for his steady hand to guide us through the "what if's" and "how's" and pivot to an online auction so that we didn't lose the momentum based on the data that he and the rest of his team had collated. Juggling my postgrad studies with parenting three young kids through these lockdowns and helping out with my parents' sale of their property, I am only too glad we had Calvin's expertise and honesty for a (relatively) stress free vendors' experience.
