Excellence again
We used Stephen and his associate JJ for the second time, this time in a much tougher market. Stephen well and truly earned his commission selling the house in a falling market. Although the house passed in at auction Stephen secured a very good offer the same day, expertly negotiating with a very disciplined buyer. Stephen is honest, polite, very hardworking and always available. Highly recommended and will definitely use for all future property sales.
