Exceptional Service!
We used Chauntel and Patrick at Considine Real Estate to sell our home in Strathmore. Chauntel was fantastic in keeping us up to date throughout the duration of the sale campaign. As we lived interstate, she also managed issues on our behalf and coordinated with a number of service providers on a range of matters. On Auction date, Chauntel worked extremely hard to achieve a sale above our reserve. The rates offered by Considine were very reasonable and more importantly, Chauntel was very honest and realistic about what our expectations should be. Beyond expectations!
Chauntel and the team at Considine Real Estate did an absolutely amazing job of selling our Moonee Ponds house. Her communication was honest and thorough and we were kept up-to-date with the progress of the campaign. Come auction day, Chauntel and team were absolutely professional and her impeccable auctioneering skills achieved a result that was absolutely above our expectations for the property. Excellent Job
Was extremely professional and proficient in getting us the price we agreed upon. Does not bullshit you and tell you that your house is worth more than you can ever achieve. Comes in prepared backed with knowledge and facts not hopes and dreams.

Couldn't have asked for more!!!
Chauntel, Patrick and Mark really worked hard with us to sell our Brunswick West property. We chose them because we wanted quality over quantity and a boutique agent suited us better than a large franchise. Team Considine were great with perspective buyers, approachable and on the ball in reporting everything to us timely and openly. We did have a great result too ... luck, perhaps. Or we had a good property to sell and had Considine's advice to really get it ready to hit the market running. Or maybe Chauntel is an amazing auctioneer. I'd say all of the above!!!! :)

Unprecedented result!
We can not recommend Chauntel and the team at Considine Real Estate highly enough. They achieved a result for us that we never imagined possible! Chauntel's knowledge of Strathmore and the market is second to none. We were kept really well informed throughout the marketing campaign and communication from Chauntel and her team was frequent, open and honest which meant we didn't arrive at auction day with unrealistic expectations. In the past we have found selling real estate stressful and frustrating, but with Considine it was a really enjoyable experience. Thank you to Chauntel and the team!
