From the moment Chauntel met with myself and my family to discuss the sale of my Uncle's property, she was understanding of our circumstances, factual and realistic in setting our expectations, while also demonstrating her in depth knowledge of the area and the buyers who would be interested in the property. During the process, Chauntel and Kieran kept us up-to-date on interest in the property and were happy to answer any concerns and questions we had in the lead up to auction. Our auction happened to take place during the snap COVID lockdown and I was very impressed with how Chauntel and her team were able to adapt quickly to the changes in auction format, and were able to run a successful auction remotely.
