Jordy went above and beyond throughout the buying process of my new property. I had a short settlement and Jordy was able to facilitate this process with a competent and professional manner. I received frequent communication providing updates so I was aware of what was going on through the process of inspection through to settlement. Jordy made himself available to assist with further enquires and was able to ensure that I understood each step as an inexperienced purchaser. He showed genuine excitement for us during processes such as adding the sold sign to the board and final inspection where he prompted us on things we should check were present and functioning. He even answered my query about the electricity activation on settlement day by going to the property and ensuring the switches were off so I would be connected before moving in.
