I've never sold a property in this electronic age (trust me, it was simpler 30 odd years ago), and it is quite a stressful process. But Michael was with me every step of the way. He guided me through this process beautifully, and being able to talk to him about the market and his thoughts on various things was invaluable. When it came to crunch time, he was able to provide a very experienced perspective, which made it easier for me to make a decision. And real estate agents on the selling side really do work 7 days a week, and I experienced a few times throughout the process, just how hard Michael works and how many hours go in to selling a home these days. We listed our property with the Professionals Mooroolbark, and it was handled by senior sales consultant Matthew Bishop. We found Matthew to be a courteous and switch on Agent where nothing was too much trouble. He assisted us with a furniture fit-out company and generally getting the property ready for sale. His advice was invaluable and with 14 groups through on the first day open for inspection, it sold a few days later for more than we were expecting. Cannot sing the praises of Matthew and the Agency any louder. Very happy vendors.
