I have been through Regina twice to buy and sell my home. I have found Regina to be professional and personal throughout the process from start to finish. Regina's jones evaluation on my houses I have sold have enabled me to feel confident and I have sold my houses quickly and got a great price. We went to Greg with a slightly run down investment property. We had already had it professionally valued and were reasonably content with the valuation. Whilst discussing the sale of our property Greg mentioned should be looking at a figure well above what we had it valued at based on his knowledge and experience. I thought, we wouldn't be able to get that much and it is just what an agent tells you to get the gig. Well, to our surprise he backed it up! Extremely professional, prompt , hard working , like a case manager , comprehensively helping you in all areas that are needed when you are trying to sell your house. Helping and supporting you manage all the anxiety that comes with putting your property on the market. The property market was down , and the final sale price was below my expectations but that had nothing to do with the agent, it was an independent factor. I would highly recommend this service and agent and would definitely use their services again in future. I selected this agent based on the ratings through local newspapers. I wish I had gone to this agent in past, as my experience with many other real estate agents previously has been very disappointing sadly. Regina is fantastic!!!

Justin immediately gave me the confidence I had made the right choice of agent to sell my property. Prior to listing, Justin gave a few tips on how to and options who to use for styling and any trades required to give the best possible look to the property. Overall service 10/10, which resulted in a great sale price and a quick sale in what was a quickly downturning market.
