An Agent with a Difference
We cannot speak highly enough of our agent Michael Duffield. He was quite unlike the usual stereotype of a real estate agent. He was humble, helpful, realistic and persistent. He went above and beyond what one could expect in an agent. When we were away for periods of time, he ensured that our property was kept in shape for prospective buyers. He is a perfect gentleman and we consider him our friend. Thank you Michael for all you did for us during the sale of our home.

Dedicated agent.
We employed Michael to sell our townhouse in Mooroolbark recently with a great result. It sold for asking price in a short time and we were very happy with Michael's dedicated and professional approach. We found Michael to be very approachable and trustworthy and he communicated regularly with us throughout the process. He and the other agents worked hard to get the maximum number of potential buyers through our home. 100% happy to recommend Michael Duffield to sell your home. This is the second time my family has employed Michael Duffield to sell property with great success. My late mother's property sold very quickly for a price our family could only dream of. A perfect selling experience.
We couldn't be happier with our entire experience with Matthew Bishop, and the Methven Real Estate agency in general. We purchased our investment property through them, they managed our property through the time it was leased out, and Matthew sold it for us. We sought Matthew's' advice on price and how to go to market, and his advice proved spot-on. We got a bit better than the price he suggested, and it was sold in about 3 weeks - can't ask for more than that. Matthew didn't create any unrealistic expectations, so he absolutely know his market. Throughout the whole selling experience Matthew kept in touch with us about what he was doing, what he was trying, and what he thought he might achieve. He certainly lives up to the name and branding of his agency -"The Professionals". We would recommend Methven's for all Real Estate matters, and Matthew in particular for selling your investment. Patrick's showed a genuine care during the selling process. His market knowledge and marketing approach was obviously well developed. Marketing involved organising an expert to have the house 'presented' in the most appropriate manner before selling the property internally to all other agents within 'The Professionals' local offices. This strategy was crucial as prospective buyers could contact any of their preferred agents who were well aware of what was being offered for sale. In essence, it was not all about Patrick, but about achieving the best and expedient sale for us. It felt very much like the whole office was working as a team. Patrick's negotiation skills were also displayed and a complete confidence in him allowed for a stress free process. This trust in him as an agent was much appreciated. Whilst a lot of the work is done behind the scenes, Patrick always made contact at regular intervals and in a timely manner to keep us aware of where the sale process was at. Patrick was always contactable, something that is only a small thing but was considered important to us. At the end of the day, I'm 100% confidant that Patrick got the best result possible in a very timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to any prospective vendor.
