Justin is an extremely good agent. i had been talking to Justin for a couple of years just to get his knowledge on the market as i was interested in property development. Justin throughout the years was extremely helpful and always took the time to speak with me even though he was getting nothing in return as i had not bought or sold any properties. I am very cautious of agents as they have seemed to get a bad wrap over the years of not being trustworthy. This is 100% not Justin and i can say with the upmost confidence that he will be straight forward and honest with you at all times. I was impressed with the regular updates and delighted to learn this is just part of how Methven does business. Any substantive feedback from potential buyers was given shortly after the inspections and this allowed us to arrange light globes for the rangehood in time for a further private inspection. This strongly vindicates the Professionals' approach of timely, high quality communication, sometimes in spite of me being hard to catch. This is the essence of flexibility and with the ridiculous hours my wife and I work, it's especially appreciated.
