Warm, Professional
Very happy with the service provided from Adam and his team. His market knowledge was very good & he mediated a fair figure between the vendor and myself, as the purchaser to come to an agreement. His communication was also great in dealing with any queries in the lead up and liaising with the other parties re: how I wanted the property left at settlement. His professionalism was was clearly apparent from day one and everything was generally pretty smooth! Thanks again guys :)

Easy to deal with, always answers phone calls, very responsive with any requests.
Adam and the team at Impact are very professional and true to their word, i selected Impact over 2 other local agents due to the instant confidence i felt with Adams existing data base of potential customers in the area that were ready to buy, and in 4 days after the first open for inspection the property was sold at a price above my expectations.
