We were very impressed with Nick and his associate Russ Enticott the first time they came to our house. They were both very professional and made it known that they were keen for the business. We interviewed some other agents, but Nick and Russ were head and shoulders above the others. Nick and Russ gave us confidence and at one stage when we questioned them, we were advised to stop worrying that it is their job to take the stress away from us. After that we gave them a free run and we were not disappointed. The house was sold prior to auction on their recommendation. Information we received related to the housing market, which was published in newspapers etc indicated that their recommendation was probably correct. We were more than happy with the outcome.
