Professional, Communicative and Thorough
His level of communication was spot on. I was also impressed with their level of detail on the buyers, shows that they were communicating well on both sides. Overall it was a pleasure working with Nigel. He delivered on everything we discussed in the pre-selection process. The current market is not an easy but Nigel and Jellis Craig certainly delivered. Highly recommend Nigel and his team.

Above and beyond
When we first met, Paula mentioned how important the connection with the vendor was and we felt that with her from day one. She kept us sane, calm and focussed every step of the way clearly cares a lot about what she does and her clients too. She’s a powerhouse! She also made me laugh more than once which without a doubt helped me get through the campaign! I can genuinely say I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else leading the way. Observing the many skilled strategies she’s clearly learned through her time in the business is very impressive and I certainly have a new appreciation for the industry and for her work ethic. As the controllers of our campaign rollercoaster I always knew she was out the front steering the ride but at the same time I always felt her right next to me which is a credit to her and her team. Clearly they are a well oiled machine!

We used Paula to sell our Fairfield home in the Winter 2022 market. Through all the uncertainty arising from interest rate raises Paula was a rock and expertly led the sales campaign.
