Sam's name came up early when we were looking for an agent to sell our house and now I know why. We interviewed 2 other agents before signing up with Sam. He 'sold us' on his team, market and campaign approach, we were not disappointed. Having sold houses in the past and dealt with some egos, Sam was a breath of fresh air. He's got a great energy, he knows his business and is a great communicator. Sam is a natural, I can see why people recommend and trust him, I'm now one of them!

Selling is stressful, Paula is steadfast
Paula is very professional, a great communicator, always available and returned calls promptly. Her positive, patient disposition coupled with exceptional knowledge of the area and sales in the area I believe brought bidders to the table. These are tricky times with Covid and the market is hard to read. In the background Paula and the team are reading all the market signs carefully and in our case steered buyers towards our house resulting in a successful result.

Second time selling with Nigel!
Nigel provided us with honest and informed suggestion on how to take our property to market, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. His judgement and suggestions along the way proved to be very on-point, particularly on how to prepare the house for sale. Nigel also seemed to relate well to potential buyers with his straightforward, low key approach. Ultimately this all lead to a fantastic result! The best agent going!
Nigel is the best agent going! My mum was lucky to buy a house from Nigel a few years ago, and I've been fortunate to establish a relationship whereby recently he took the time to help guide me in my new home journey. Nigel is informative (not pushy) and lets you come to your own decisions without force - he is an attentive listener and always puts forward recommendations to suit our budget + desires.
