We were recommended to contact Paula by Nick Renna. On first meeting Paula we were impressed by her genuine interest in us and, in particular, our property in Princes Hill. Paula gave us what we thought was a realistic appraisal as well as recommending, and subsequently having her Team attend to, various repairs and maintenance issues prior to commencing marketing of the property. The marketing campaign was delayed, like so many others because of Lockdowns but Paula was unpertubed. Then just prior to the scheduled Auction date another Lockdown was implemented. Much to our surprise we had a great experience in the Zoom Auction achieving a much better sales result than we had anticipated.
