Highly recommended - Sam Rigopoulos
Sam provided an exceptionally high level of professional service to us during our auction campaign. His energy and drive are exceptional. Sam has an incredible level of knowledge of local and other buyers. This, coupled with Sam's hard work and strategic thinking ensured the success of our campaign. Sam was highly personable and nothing was too much trouble. His willingness to customise the campaign to reflect the level of detail excellence of our home was much appreciated, including his ability to negotiate a number of high profile editorials for our property. Sam treated both us and all potential buyers with the utmost respect and genuineness which provided an excellent result. Honest, Reliable, Good Communicator
It really was a pleasure to work with Sam in selling our property. He is very experienced, very reliable in getting back to us regarding what was happening and shared his insights as an experienced professional. Sam is grounded and sincere in his endeavours to do the best job possible for us, the vendors. Sam set realistic expectations and explained all possibilities to us. He guided us along the way but also allowed us to make our own decisions. Sam was excellent on the day of the auction. It is a very pressurized environment and he handled the pressure with ease. Honest and Reliable
It was a real pleasure to meet Nigel and get to know him. Nigel is very reliable. He communicated with us throughout the campaign and was confident in understanding the market and relayed this to us in a practical no nonsense way. The information provided was never exaggerated and over-rated. It was honest and therefore did not create false expectations. Nigel is a 'down to earth' man whom we felt we could trust. Went the extra mile for our sale!
Met with a potential buyer and us all afternoon on a public holiday to confirm an early sale which I was extremely impressed in. Was always straight in where we were at and got back to us quickly. Would certainly recommend Hocking Stuart Northcote.

Couldn't be happier!
Having bought a new home unexpectedly we contacted Ben and his team at Hocking Stuart to market and sell our house in the shortest time. Ben's enthusiasm and professionalism eased our concerns through this stressful time. He kept us fully informed through email, telephone and face-to-face communication which gave us great confidence and saved us many sleepless nights.
