Good agent but after sales service needs to impeove

I engaged Peter to sell an investment property that I had regrettably purchased off the plan in South Melbourne. I had previously used the services of another agent who was useless and had been referred to Peter. Peter was very professional and managed to sell the property for me. Only issues I had were after the sale had to contact him to get sale price and settlement date and also felt a bit pressured to take up additional sales promotion at 22% commission.
