Excellent experience selling with Sam Hobbs. Honest, reliable, punctual and professional.

Sam was at all times professional, reliable, punctual, and worked hard following up promptly with us and potential buyers. He is a great communicator and gave great advice as to how much work we should do on our house for the sale. He was very helpful in understanding all aspects of the process. He had a great knowledge of the market, giving us a considerable list of recent sales of comparable properties. He very accurately predicted our sale price. I would certainly use Sam for any future real estate needs.
