Max Mercuri was highly insightful, professional and accurate in the advice provided regarding the preparation and presentation of our property for sale. He consistently and clearly communicated with us keeping us informed throughout the sales campaign. As can happen our property was not sold at auction. There was never any pressure placed on us at this time. He was supportive providing all the information we required to facilitate our decision making at this time and applied highly developed negotiation skills in achieving a successful sale (to the highest bidder at the auction) within a few days of the auction.
