In a league of his own

It is very refreshing when you find someone being where they should be, doing what they love. Our journey with Peter started about 2 years ago with a flyer in our mailbox, which sparked our initial conversation. Due to a change of circumstances, we had decided not to sell our apartment at that stage. However, Peter diligently sent us personalised greetings so it came as no surprise that he was on our shortlist 2 years later when the idea of selling the apartment was resurrected. Even before we had considered him, Peter had already demonstrated his dedication! Peter outshone his competition in almost every respect, clearly demonstrating his results-driven yet customer-oriented style. We never looked back since we made the decision to entrust Peter with the sale of our apartment, and throughout the campaign Peter was always quick to respond and patiently explaining things to me whenever I had any questions. Peter was very upfront from the start, yet he never imposed his views and always wanted to make sure we were on the same page. His attention to detail and diligence are second-to-none, which was evident in how at every inspection he had instructions pasted in the front of the apartment that were specific to my unit! From the way he persisted over those 2 years or how he would answer smses late at night (despite being told it could wait until the next day), we naturally trusted Peter's commitment to the cause. It's not often you get an agent whom you know works twice as hard behind the scenes! Peter made sure that we were prepared to grab opportunities when they presented themselves, and on auction day everything fell in place so that we went well above reserve. In short, I don't just recommend Peter; I think you'd be silly if you had an apartment to sell and haven't yet got him on board! A bright young man with so much promise, my bet is he will be running his own agency in no time.
