He gave no unrealistic claims of sale targets, kept us regularly and well informed after each inspection and other times, and showed the utmost respect for my mother on whose behalf the auction was held. His auctioneering skills were of a similar nature where he truly worked in the best interests of the seller in gaining the best possible outcome. On this he exceeded expectations.
