A bit hard to rate as property was sold without going to market as would be the usual & sale passed over at early stage from Steve who left Carter. We are happy with price achieved by Tony but there probably wasn't need for much communication. As we had little dealing with Tony due to hand over from Steve so we really don't know much about his market knowledge. However, no complaints or negatives. Sorry can't be more helpful.
