Creditability should be built around close communication and quick responses as well as transparency. Would suggest Tony be an agent who has those aspects over the entire process.

From our expression of interest until the signing of the contract on our new property, Tony was great. Unfortunately that's where it ended. The property was tenanted and there seemed to be a breakdown in communication within Carter resulting in the tenant not being given notice as planned. Thankfully the Property Manager was able to find the tenant another suitable property within the required timeframe. There also seemed to be a misunderstanding at Carter regarding the settlement date. Numerous emails to Tony were just handballed to an administrator who continued to provide me with incorrect information and still there was no phone call from Tony. My frustration was exacerbated when I questioned the incorrect settlement date and was then just forwarded the previous email confirming the incorrect settlement date... After my second phone call to the office where I said I was not hanging up until someone spoke with me I was finally put onto someone competent and willing to speak with me who spent 10 minutes phoning 2 solicitors and sorting it out. Well done Katrina. There was no offer of a final inspection before settlement. Beyond that there was no note, letter of of congratulations, gift following purchase or anything of the sort that is just a nice added bonus that all other agencies give. I would not recommend either Tony or Carter to anyone as it seems once the contract is signed, that's the last you'll hear from them.

We were in the process of buying our first property and Tony was very helpful along the way with his knowledge and advices. He was also proactive in providing us with any updates and never hesitated to answer our questions. Tony is easy to understand and also easy to talk to. Tony was an excellent agent, understood the market well and what was required to sell my property. He kept me fully updated with potential buyers and feedback , he was friendly and genuine and I would recommend him to sell any property

Tony was really helpful throughout the campaign and kept us updated at all stages. He was really friendly and genuinely helpful with what ever questions we had. He arranged extra viewing out of hours and went above and beyond with anything he could.
