Very professional agent
Our contact with Zach from the outset was first class. When I first requested a special viewing the day after the property was listed and he arranged that for me without any fuss. Subsequent discussions with him as we negotiated the price were very professional. I made it clear to him that I was a genuine buyer but I did not want to be messed around and he respected that. We made an offer which Chrissie and I felt was fair and reasonable and it was accepted. I would be delighted to recommend him and Jellis Craig to any of our friends wanting to sell or buy. I wish him well for his future career, he is an impressive young real estate professional on the rise.
