i decided to sell my apartment in late April early May and was understanding that the market for apartments was a bit soft due to the over supply in inner Melbourne. Daniel organised a painter and put me in contact with a company that provided furniture to assist in the selling process. Jellis Craig, and in particular Daniel Joyce, was responsible for the sale of my property in Melbourne. I couldn't be happier with the service provided in terms of the communication throughout the selling period and the final price. Although not selling at auction, Daniel was in no rush to sell and just receive commission for the sale. Instead, for approximately 3 weeks he conducted extra open for inspections and scoped out potential buyers. His patience and knowledge of what the property was genuinely worth ensured the final selling price was very satisfying for myself.
