Troy Rendle gave a prompt appraisal and then waited to hear from me as to when we would be ready to sell. He did not pester me as quite a bit of work needed to be undertaken to have the property to be ready for sale. We were disappointed that after ONLY a week the agents requested a reduction in the price, and also after several weeks they said that the lack of a back fence was a problem even though we had asked whether we should have one erected before the house went on the market as we all considered it a major problem.
