It still feels surreal that this is now my home! Thanks to James’ attentiveness and filled me in the bits of details when making my decision; he takes ownership in following up without pressuring much; he makes the magic happened just overnight without needing to manipulate the price nor creating competition (as I’ve seen in many other deals before). James is very transparent to keep me updated and I’m grateful for his effort in facilitating communication with multi-parties: my broker, my conveyancer (who also helped with my prior sale) , the vendors - who are very kind and flexible people, that I’d love to express my thankfulness here as well. Building that trust and interpersonal friendship (more than merely focusing on sales) is the most appreciative trait I’d vouch for James - as a national champion triathlete, a guaranteed speedy progress is given!
