Charles consistently impressed us (from start to finish) with his exceptional service, research, knowledge, reliability & honesty. Such a lovely guy, honest, candid & warm but above all he is a professional who excels at his craft ... Getting great results. One memory from our sale captures Charles perfectly ... it was the day of our photo shoot & my husband was interstate. Unfortunately he had left half a cubic meter of top soil, for the gardens, in the middle of the yard. Not a great feature for a photo I must admit, as it would have been in the middle of a great photo. Charles didn’t miss a beat or hesitate, even tho he was sick with the flu, he cheerfully said he would be right back to help me shift the soil that day so our photos would look amazing ... and they did. I'd met Daniel and the team on a number of occasions as a potential buyer and was always impressed with the level of service received - what stood out was that as the auctioneer Daniel was at each open. This provided a high level of confidence that when it came to selling, the potential buyers of my own property would receive that similar personable level of service. Daniel did not disappoint - the selling experience itself was easy and I felt in the loop throughout the campaign. Auction day was a very very wet day but the team had done enough to ensure a large crowd and multiple bidders turned up ready to go! A great outcome facilitated by a great agent.

I appreciate the way i was treated with respect courtesy and realistic apprsial of my options. I would recommend him to any single or elderly vendor who is concerned about his or her vulnerability to manipulation or exploitation. I feel confident about all aspects of my encounter with him .
