Exceptionally Astute Agent
I met Charles approximately two years ago at an auction, he maintained contact and when it came time to put my house on the market, I had no hesitation in engaging him to sell my house. Charles was extremely patient prior to and when the house went on the market and his calm demeanour was reassuring for me and my family during the whole process. He has excellent communication skills and his knowledge of the market was invaluable as he was able to negotiate a fantastic result shortly after my house went on the market and prior to auction. Charles is an enthusiastic, diligent and approachable agent with a warm welcoming demeanour and I recommend him highly as an agent who will go above and beyond to achieve outstanding results for his clients. Could not be happier with Agent

I had never sold a house before, so finding a agent was a little hard. When I first meet Charles Shi from Jellis Craig Blackburn, he made it so easy for me. The house was my parent's home for 58 years and the only house I grew up in. It was a very emotional time for me, but Charles made me feel very comfortable, he spent time listening to me. When I signed with Jellis Craig, Charles kept me informed every step of the way with phone calls and meetings, he was very honest and straight forward. On Auction day Charles, Kevin and Daniel the Auctioneer, made the day run smoothly and worked so hard to get my reserve price. Wonderful agent and incredible outcome!
My parents and I engaged Charles to sell our property in Box Hill North. His communication was exceptional, particularly given that I live interstate. He was very clear about all aspects of the sale process and strategy. He made us all feel very comfortable given his extensive knowledge of the market and contemporary approach to the marketing and sale. He was patient and considered in his advice and we always felt that we were in 'control' but being guided by an expert. The most important aspect of this was that the home sold in 2 weeks and for a price that far exceeded our expectations. 5 stars does not seem to do justice to this agent and we would recommend him very highly to anyone considering selling.
