A great experience

Selling a house is something you don't do very often so we were keen to find an agent who made us feel comfortable with the process, and confident that we were presenting the house right for prospective buyers. .. We met with a lot of agents, in fact all the agents in our area, and Daniel just felt right for us..He was sympathetic to our obvious lack of understanding regarding the process, and he helped coach us through the entire experience. Daniel was very confident in what he could achieve for us, which was a value higher than a lot of the other agents were forecasting, and we were very happy with the result. We had good reviews on Daniel prior to meeting with him and as he was recommended to us, we would happily recommend Daniel to friends of ours.. In fact he is due to list our neighbours house in the coming months. Thanks for all your help during and following on from our sale, you and your team made a stressful time a lot easier to manage..
