My wife and I recently purchased a property in Palm Beach through Mark and his team. Our first interaction with Mark was at the open home where he was more than willing to spend time chatting about the property, the area and upcoming infrastructure spending. This helped us to feel confident and more informed in our buying decision. Once we made the decision to place an offer, Mark was extremely efficient and helpful through the negotiation process, keeping us up to date as he went between us and the Seller. It was clear that Mark was attempting to get the best possible mutual outcome whilst meeting his obligations to the Seller. In the end, it was less than 48 hours from inspection to our offer being accepted, and again Mark was very accommodating throughout our due diligence period, liaising with the tenants to make the property available for building inspections and valuations at shorter notice than usual. I've dealt with many agents throughout my property investing career and I can honestly say that Mark is one of the most ethical and genuinely personable guys I've come across. I highly recommend Mark to both sides of the transaction and look forward to working with him sometime in the future when we decide to sell or buy again.
