Sandgate’s Best

Jim McKeering Real Estate has been managing my property for the last eighteen years. I have never had any concerns during this time, they have been on the ball with tenants, maintenance, prompt statements and payments. I feel landlords are particularly well off with the owner of the business, John McKeering, also being a registered builder and has repairs and maintenance well in hand. On the advice of the Agency I have completely upgraded and renovated one of my units with John being able to do the bulk of the work. I am so appreciative of all the help and assistance awarded me!
