My experience so far has been extremely positive. The entire team are service driven with a sense of clear and kind professionalism. You'll find common sense here too. I feel they care about both sides of the relationship which is rare in this market. Of course I am lucky and have wonderful owners but they need to ensure their investment is managed appropriately and Gemma works across both sides very well to ensure long term, successful and harmonious outcomes are achieved.

While I don't expect the agents to revolve their world around me, I can't say it's been a 10/10 experience. Pros: - Communication in person is clear, polite & respectful. - Professional presentation overall Cons: - Once my property was listed, I felt a bit of pressure to settle for the first person to view the apartment. There was plenty of interest in the first week & I wanted to wait. I am new to being a landlord but not new to real estate as I was an agent myself in the past. I felt like I was hurried whether it was the agents' intention or not. - I have to send multiple messages (reminders) or chase another agent to get an answer to simple questions.
