Efficient ,courteous and result oriented service
Recently I have had two vacancies in different premises,and in both instances JJ has leased them within days of the departure of the previous tenant or within days of their appointment. Professional, competent, prompt service
JJ Property manage my property, letting me know whenever an issue arises that requires my attention in a timely fashion, while fully taking care of all mundane dealings. At the few occasions my tenants have not renewed their leases, usually as they have moved town or bought a place at the end of their lease, JJ Property have found a new tenant quickly so the property has never been empty for more than a few days between tenants. I have had this rental property since 1995 and only been with JJ Property for the last few years, and they have been the most competent property agents I have dealt with. I can not recommond them highly enough.

The wonderful team at JJ properties have done an exceptional job managing our properties over the years. They are lovely to deal with and treat your property as their own. Each routine inspection is completed with a detailed report and many photos. We have been pleased with the quality of service they've provided and will continue recommending them to our family and friends.

Very Impressed!
JJ Property has been looking after my rental for quite a while now. They have always been very good at communicating which is great for a property owner to know when things are happening with your property. A couple of months ago now my property had to get new tenants. The team at jj property were straight onto it. Because they were so prepared in advertising and carrying out inspections etc while the current tenants were still there, our place was re tenanted straight way. It was only empty for a couple of days while the moving of tenants happened. Thanks team!
