Dedicated to achieving a sale in a difficult market
Peter was our second agent after we were unhappy with the lack of action from our first agent. Going into a difficult market, we knew it was going to take a while to sell (which it did), but unlike the first agent, Peter stayed active and worked hard the whole time. He held open inspections nearly every weekend and provided us with market reports and feedback from viewers every week. When we'd start to despair, he'd discuss a new strategy with us. He was always only a phone call away and always knew the state of the market (eg how many units currently for sale in the building and their prices).
